COVID-19 Policy

What We Are Doing

As the facts and situations surrounding the COVID-19 (coronavirus) continue to evolve, we here at Complete Care OBGYN are closely monitoring changes and continuously updating our policies and protocols to reflect that information. We will continue with normal business hours, as we are confident in our ability to continue providing excellent obstetrical and gynecological care.

What We Know

We know that the virus is active in our community and transmitted by people who are both symptomatic and asymptomatic, including being transmitted among those who have NOT traveled abroad. With this knowledge, we are actively seeking to do our part to protect the public, as well as our patients. Our office is closely following all recommended guidelines published from public health authorities. Please refer to the link below for useful information concerning the virus.

What We Are Asking Of You

We are asking for your continued help to do our part, until the “Pandemic” status of COVID-19 has lifted.

Policy Changes That May Affect You

Changes that are effective Immediately:

  • We are asking all patients to come to scheduled visits alone, if at all possible
  • We are asking all patients to not bring small children to your schedule appointment, if possible
  • If you are experiencing flu like symptoms, please call our office to reschedule you appointment
  • If you have a routine appointment, your visit will be cancelled and you will be put on a call back list. We will call you to schedule once “Pandemic” status is lifted
